Terms of service
Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms govern use of the Furnishi platform by subscribing factories and by the partner and customer accounts they create.
1. The agreement
Furnishi Technologies Pvt Ltd provides a subscription software service. The subscribing factory is the customer. Accounts created by that factory for its staff, its partner firms and its customers use the service under the factory's agreement.
2. What each party is responsible for
- Furnishi
- Availability of the service, security of the platform, and processing data only on the factory's instructions.
- The factory
- The accuracy of the data it enters, the lawfulness of the personal data it uploads, the permissions it grants, and its relationship with its own customers and partners.
- Partner firms
- Using access only for the jobs assigned to them, and not attempting to obtain data outside their permission set.
- Customers
- Keeping their account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
- No attempt to access another tenant’s data, by any means.
- No automated extraction of data beyond the provided export and API.
- No sharing of accounts between individuals — accounts are personal.
- No uploading of unlawful content or personal data collected without a lawful basis.
- No use of the service to conceal a record required by law.
4. Fees
Fees are as set out in the order form, exclusive of GST. Annual plans are invoiced in advance. Fair-use volumes are stated in the plan; sustained excess is addressed at renewal, not by cutting off service mid-term.
5. Data ownership and export
The factory owns its data. Furnishi claims no ownership of order, customer or partner records. Export is available at any time during the term and a complete export is provided on termination, after which data is deleted on the agreed schedule.
6. Availability
Group plans carry a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment with service credits. Other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Planned maintenance is notified in advance and scheduled outside Indian business hours where possible.
7. Suspension
We may suspend an account for non-payment after notice, or immediately where there is a security risk to the platform or to another tenant. Suspension does not delete data.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where limitation is not permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Term and termination
Annual terms renew unless notice is given 30 days before renewal. Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days of notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as stated in the order form.
