Home For homeowners

Your kitchen, without the phone calls.

If your furniture is being made and installed by a factory that runs Furnishi, you get an app. Here is what it does for you.

1

See exactly where your job is

Survey booked, quotation sent, order confirmed, installation started, snags being fixed, ready for handover. The stage you see is the stage the factory sees — there is only one.

2

Approve the quote in writing

The quotation arrives with its line items and the area calculation behind the number. You approve it or you ask a question, and both are on the record.

3

Watch the installation if you want to

Site photos as the work happens. If you are travelling, your factory can offer installation recording or a live stream so you are not relying on someone else's description.

4

Sign off only when the list is done

Handover runs off a checklist. You sign on your own phone, and you keep a copy. The system will not let the job be signed off with a snag still open.

5

Raise a complaint that has a clock on it

After handover, complaints go through the app with an SLA. You can see who has been assigned and what they did, with photos.

Your data

What the app knows about you.

Short version: your name, your phone number, your installation address, your orders and the media from your own job.

Who can see it
Your factory's own staff. The installation partner is shown your pincode and locality so they can reach you — not your name or number.
Who cannot
Other factories on the platform. Other customers. Partner firms beyond what is above.
Where it lives
Servers in India. See Security.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure and grievance redress under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — see the privacy policy.
Marketing
Furnishi does not sell your data and does not run ads. Your factory may contact you about your own order.
I did not get an app invitation.

The invitation comes from your factory, not from Furnishi, and is sent to the mobile number on your order. Ask your coordinator to re-send it.

Can I use it without an app store download?

Yes. It opens in your phone browser from the link in the invitation, and you can add it to your home screen.

Who do I complain to — Furnishi or the factory?

The factory. They make and install your furniture; Furnishi is the software they run. Complaints raised in the app go straight to them with a clock attached.

Is the installation recording optional?

Yes, and it is priced as an add-on by your factory. You will see it as a line on the quote before you approve anything.

Is your factory on Furnishi?

If they are not, tell them. If they are, ask your coordinator for your app invitation.
