Yes, completely. There is absolutely no cost to attend. At the end you may choose to learn more about the 4-month YPI course, but enrollment is entirely your choice.

Not at all. This workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as existing practitioners. All asanas have modifications for every level.

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. A yoga mat will be provided. Avoid a heavy meal at least 2 hours before. Water is recommended.

The Yoga Protocol Instructor (YPI) course is a 4-month certification covering asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy & physiology, and teaching methodology. Graduates receive a recognized certification to teach professionally.
